Mayank Lushte

Senior Software Engineer

Some people find their way to tech through curiosity. For me, it started with science — and a question: how does data make sense of something as complex as life?

I’m Mayank, a software engineer from Ahmedabad. Before I ever wrote a line of code, I was deep in bioinformatics during my master’s — a world where data, structure, and logic met biology. That fascination with patterns soon became a pull toward programming. I realised I didn’t just want to understand systems — I wanted to build them.

In 2019, I began teaching myself Python. No deadlines, no pressure — just pure interest. The more I coded, the more I realised that every problem I solved left behind something real, something that worked. It felt like turning curiosity into creation.

That’s what pushed me into the industry.

My first stop was Spectrics Solutions in 2020, where I moved from academic theory to building software that made a difference. Then came F(x) Data Labs in 2022 — a place that taught me scale. I built systems for e-commerce, SaaS, ERP, and even algorithmic trading, learning what it means to write code that stays reliable when a thousand people use it at once.

By 2024, at TRooTech Business Solutions, my focus shifted from what I built to why systems are designed the way they are — understanding architecture, performance, and the subtle art of balancing speed with sustainability.

Now, as a Senior Software Engineer at UR Digital, I build software that helps strategy take shape. It’s not just about code here; it’s about creating solutions that support real-world goals. I love that intersection — where engineering meets clarity of purpose.

Outside of work, I’m a pattern-seeker by nature. Whether it’s exploring how tech evolves, decoding business models, or just wondering why a song structure works — I like figuring out how things fit together and collect trivia that makes people go “oh, I didn’t know that.”

And if you ever see me zoning out while browsing a website, there’s a good chance I’m mentally reverse-engineering its backend.
